They got quite a bit of talent in those trades. Losing Halladay will hurt, but he really could only help them one out of every 5 games.

Johnson-Nolasco is going to be a nasty 1,2 punch this season.

Just wish we had more on offense outside of Coghlan, Ramirez, Cantu.

The AL East is loaded this year, as usual. Is there a bad team in the division? I dont think so. Its rough.

Phil Hughes just won the 5th rotation spot over Joba.

Interesting, but kind of expected with how Joba pitched this spring. Joba needs to get his **** together. He'll get another shot next year when Pettitte retires.

Not a chance. But in a few years they should have a great young core. If only they weren't in that division.
