The pressure is mounting on those 2 regardless of what you read on here.

Just don’t turn on each other. Guys emotions are high and I should be. We’re finished this year and probably next year as long as things stay the same. Gear up for the draft just hope we don’t have Grier in the draft
 
I get all the Grier hate.......all the reasons are well documented

But what I am seeing here tonight is not Grier, this is coaching. I fully expected some different wrinkles or options tonight to shake things up, and we are doing the same crap we always do over and over again.

McD has no answers to get this offense moving and it is so damn frustrating to watch

When they beat us last year towards the end of the season, it was here in Miami and it was their first road win of that season.

This will be their first win of this season and it's on the road, in Miami.
