Mark my words, McDaniel's replacement will be a knee-jerk Flores-type of tough guy because Ross will think "well, players' coaches don't work" while completely forgetting that Flores was just the opposite and he was a failure, too. It won't be about actually finding a great coach and great front office people and, you know, building something without taking these stupid shortcuts he loves that take us away from the plan.
