This is organizational incompetence. Even if the Dolphins win this, they should be booed out of the stadium.
I'm of the mind now that you can't bring McDaniel and Grier back next year. Even if this team makes the playoffs. You can't have quitters on the team. You certainly can't have quitters leading it. And Grier just has no idea what he's doing.
