With Roth coming back and Wake showing glimpses of what he can bring to the table, we are logjammed at OLB...My question to all you Dol-Fans is at what cost do you want to grab a stud CB like Nnamdi???

Would you give up...


1) Joey Porter...who has shown signs of slowing down and honestly can't hold up for another 2 or 3 seasons.

2) Will Allen...Who is amazing at being just a hair behind all of his intended recievers...and just doesnt have the size and speed to match up with dominating recievers in this league.

3) Matt Roth...Obviously a Roth for Nnamdi trade would not be fair at all so we'd have to give up a higher pick.


--Most likely all these players would need to be accompanied by a pick of some kind, Porter and allen a lower pick than Roth maybe, but who knows they are the Raiders!!!:crazy:

also, just drafted Vontae and Sean with high draft picks... & they've showed some good things..

All your choices would have to be coupled with at least #1 draft pick, a #2 draft pick, and maybe two of one of the other from future draft picks.

In which none of that is worth it. the only way it would be is if that was the only piece missing from making the super bowl.
 
Quit playing Madden. Oakland would likely want one of our young CB's for Nnamdi. That's not happening. I almost feel like claiming this "official" thread "officially" dead.

You got that one right and we thought we upgrade from Oakland at safty and you are seeing how that has turned out so far.
 
We're gonna offer a choice of two players on their down side and one who hasn't played a down this year and a mid level pick for the best CB in the NFL, oh and by the way the defense isn't the problem in Oakland. Where does Oakland sign up, hopefully Al Davis doesn't fall and break a hip running to the phone for this incredible offer.

Really, when your typing this garbage do you really think it through or is everyone a moron in your world. He's the best CB in football, that's worth minimum a 1st round pick, a 3rd and some players they actually would need and that would probably mean V.Davis aswell. Something we don't need to be giving up when we're trying to re-build this team for the long haul. Don't get me wrong I'd love to have him on our team but asking to trade garbage for gold is really pressing the stupid button over and over with your forehead.
 
I'd love to have him, but less so this year than last so I wouldn't give away the farm, which is probably what they're asking plus the 40 surrounding acres. They might go for Joey as part of a package but they'd never go for Roth or Will Allen to take his place.

And for my own information, just how does a thread become "official" on here? By Admins/Mods anointment? Supreme intervention? or just someone's ability to correctly type 8 letters in a row without getting too confused?
 
wow...can i start a thread without everyone picking it apart...RELAX...take a Xanax and calm down...You are gonna tell me we dont need a CB upgrade from Will Allen...have you guys been watching the same games I have??? And I stated that we would need to give picks with those players as well...Those are the people we have on our team who I persobnally would let go in a trade...Who else would you wanna trade ?? Henne....Other people have opinions....

Sorry It says official on the post too...I was merely gauging how many ppl would be interested in getting Nnamdi and for what price...dont post if you dont wanna contribute any of your thoughts on what it would take to get him in a fins uni.
