Well Italy played terrible and is already behind the 8 ball trying to qualify for Euro.

They are in the same group as France and Ukraine so they need wins versus the Lithuania's of the world not a 1-1 tie at home.

England 5-0
Scotland 6-0
Slovakia 6-1

These were the big results of yesterday's games

Italy's next game is in Paris Wednesday and I see the French making up for their World Cup loss.
 
Italy currently down 3 - 1 against France late in the 2nd half . . . doesn't look good for the Italians.

On a brighter note: Germany wins 13 to 0 over San Marino . . . got damn Lukas Podolski had 5 goals . . . I don't remember a game so one sided in recent history. Germans taking out that anger from losing to the Italians a few months ago I see.

Well France won. Too bad for both France and Germany it's coming just a tad late. The only thing that really matters is WC victory.

While that could be correct, one game (or two) doesn't prove that.

Even though Italy won the World Cup, Euro is just as important to a lot of people.

I get just as excited for Euro as I do for the World Cup.

Italy is in trouble. Scotland, Ukraine, and France all have wins and no ties or losses
