Officially done!!!

Wish I had the power to join you. This team has caused me soooo much more unhappiness than anything else. I won’t spend another dime on merchandise or tickets, but I can’t stop myself from watching.

It's a great sport but to much of it comes down to part time employees who often look like they have no ****ing clue...

You raise a good point. I don't remember the officiating affecting the outcome as much in the 70s and 80's.

A lot of that is that instant replay, and the work of the camera crews are astonishingly fantastic. We see nearly everything from the comfort of our couches. It's rare that we don't see an almost perfect replay.

I wish the NFL would go that extra mile and fix plays when everyone has seen that officials got it wrong.

From the standpoint of being a fan, losing is always hard. But when you believe the officials cost your team the game, that hurts more. Especially when a lot of these decisions are fixable.

I have been a fan since 1966 and I will remain a fan until the day I die. This is my first post in nearly 6 weeks because I just hate all the negative Nelly’s that seem to have taken over this forum.
So I won’t be posting anymore this season but I will still be rooting for the Dolphins, win or lose.
 
I can’t even bet against the Dolphins correctly. Even when I know they will lose, which is almost all the time, they screw me somehow.

Agreed. The quality of posters has gone downhill this year with the quantity of posts. I get the negativity, but gloomers and people who just want to be right really rub me the wrong way. Most go on ignore, but it's permiating everything so unfortunately may just have to abandon the site for a while. C'est la vie.
