I know I was not the only one noticing that Vick was getting a ton of crap late hit calls for him. I was there and we all saw clean hits to borderline hits on #7 and everytime there was a personal foul. it got to a point where we had to aske him to go down instead of tackling him.Anyone that watched at home could u tell us what the announcers said after each call. same for those on the radio

Man right on I think a rogue Bills fan came in here and warned us to watch out for the officials calling every little thing when it comes to Mike Vick and he was on the money. At one point they threw the flag and I just jumped up out of my seat at the bar and said "WHAT THE F@$& WAS THAT FOR??? INTENTIONAL TACKLING???"

The "out of bounds unessecary roughness" the announcers even talked about it being questionable. "when hes out of the pocket you have to treat him as a RB. Questionable call by the officials there"

How many times have you seen him about to go out of bounds, only to cut it back inside by a defender and go for 20 more yards and a TD?

Made me sick. Those calls were horrible. And when Wes Welker got nailed a good two yards out of bounds, no flag.

I'm getting tired of the NFL and it's double standards for players.

i'm with you on that i'm about to the point i'm going to quit watching all nfl games but the fins games, cause i grew up with my fins and i can't turn on em

it was unbeliveable... wes would never get that call

the nfl is gross.

It really is too bad. The guy can't throw the ball,(except against us)so he runs every play. A qb's benefit of the doubt should stop in the pocket, like the annpuncer said if you go easy he will cut it back inside. WHAT A JOKE!

I was at the game, and when that replay came on the Jumbotron twice, you could clearly see he was still in bounds. That's the problem with running-type QBs, the NFL always protects their QBs, but like someone else said you have to treat him like a RB when he starts running. Vick NEVER slides (like most QBs do when they scramble), he runs the ball like a RB. Lets see, do defenders have to wait for RBs to slide when they run??? I don't think so. One of the NFLs stupid stupid rules.....

Excellent point and something I thought about it before. If these "late hit" calls keep happening than the potential hitter will stop in his tracks whenever the QB gets close to the sidelines, and then then the QB turns up the sidelines for a bigger gain because the defender has to slow up... its seriously a no win situation for the defense, theres a thing called momentum that the officials overlook way too much. It basically says to the defense "you better not go full speed because you will get a penalty for trying to make a play"

I was listening on the radio, but the whole thing just sounded sickening.

all 3 were bull****. lucky for them the officials picked up the flag on the third one. they probably assumed that if they called it, fans were going to start crawling out of the stands, and they wouldn't have been wrong. garbage like that really has me question the intelligence of referee crews.

Those calls were really bad, and its always this way when Vick plays, I'm appaled that trhe Nfl condones this kind of fficiating its sickening, we have all been talking about how the NFL should do something about bad officating well its not gonna happen.
