I believe the NFL should do away with the practice of rewarding individual officials based merit to work the playoffs. We always get blown calls, with the excuse that they haven't worked together before. Just reward the best crews, period.

Just get rid of challenges and make every play reviewable

I think they should expand on the reviewable plays, for sure. I just think the CREWS that **** up the least should be rewarded. Seems they are the ones that work best together.

Give teams 3 or 4 challenges per game and they are free to use it to challenge anything - including penalties or plays they thought should have been penalized. Make everything else non-reviewable. Game will flow better and the use of the challenges will be part of the chess match and add intrigue.
