offseason programs?

hey i have to take a year off of football because of a hip injury...:(

but i was wondering if anybody had a conditioning program or something...

i need to gain strength, body weight and muscle...

do u guys have any help?

i know this is in the wrong forum but ya i need help

I'm not sure when it comes to hip injuries but at the beginning it would probably be best to work out in a swimming pool to gain range and motion back. Water exercise puts the least amount of stress on the joints. A sports rehabilitation clinic would advise you best though

Make sure you dont fatten up during this rehabilitation...try eating very healthy and just do as much as you can with muscle and all...swimming pool would help
