Cam really sucked as a head coach we all know that. He does know alittle about QB'S though. Bree's , River's, Flacco right now and i think he picked one of our QB'S in the second round last year didnt he. No he wasnt the GM but he did have input with these guys. Oh Yeah, John Beck!

I like many others jumped off the Beck bandwagon a LONG time ago. I think Henne is the next Marino down here. But no one can argue he didn't have any chance proving he can be the starter here.
 
He's one of the best Offensive Coordinators in football. He does know offensive talent. But to be a Head Coach it's not just about offensive player evaluation and knowledge of X's and O's. It's about leadership, it's about discipline, it's about earning the respect of your players, overseeing an entire team, making the best decisions. It pretty clear Cameron didn't know what he was doing in those other areas.
 
He isn't HC material. He may be a decent OC, but he was a deer in headlights when leading the team.

Beck never really got a chance but looked awful what little we saw. You have to believe not picking Quinn cost him his job here.

Cam didnt draft Brees although he did work with him. But IMO Rivers would have been a great QB even without Cam and Flacco was horrible until he came up against one of the worst secondary's in the league. Cam may be a QB guru, or he may not, we'll find out with Flacco since he drafted him, as far as Beck goes, it was the wrong pick. Cam flushed the toilet on that one.

Well said. He looked like a deer in headlights all year long. Bascially the opposite of what a guy like Jon Gruden looks like.

Apostrophes are only used to designate posession, or to shorten multiple words to shorthand. They're not required when pluralising or even within names.

For example:

Drew Brees is a quarterback.
Cam Cameron knows a thing or two about QBs.
Cameron's current quarterbacks are Troy Smith and Joe Flacco.
...second round last year didn't he.
