I cannot believe my ears! He just said he is not ready to say a change of QB will fix this team!
Saban has gotaa be blind or he is the type that will defend Gus just like Wansuck defended Feidler, Saban this is about winning not hurting the old mans feelings! How many more years will the saem bull**** happen every year

Surely a QB change would push us into the playoffs. It's the ONLY thing wrong with this team! :shakeno:

its only been 6 games. i don't like Gus either, and I have wanted Sage to start for a few years now, but give Saban until at least week 10 and if still no change, then we can complain. I think that unless Gus lights it up this week, then he is done.
 
I am on the top of this list of those who want to see Sage start, but you have to keep in mind, Saban sees him every day in practice and knows what he's got. He may also think Sage isn't the answer for next season, in which case playing him virtually has no merit since Gus knows the system better. I'm just trying to think of legitimate reasons. I can assure you Saban isn't stubborn about playing Gus. If it meant long-term success for his program, he'd throw Gus out on the street yesterday.
