Keep reading posts about their concern for the snow on Sunday. The weather report is as follows and anyone concerned about the snow must have never lived in the north. This is great football weather imo and shouldn't have any impact on the outcome.

A mix of wintry precipitation in the evening. Then periods of rain expected overnight. Low 31F. Winds SE at 5 to 10 mph. Snow and ice accumulations less than one inch.

It is terrible weather for a South Fla team. Got to be mentally tough.

Hardly blizzard weather. If it's in the upper 30s, I'd expect more rain than snow if it does precipitate. This team should be used to playing in rain. As far as cold, we beat the Jets in similar temperatures last week. Of course a lot can change between now and then forecast-wise, but I don't expect weather to be a major concern on Sunday. If this team really wants a chance at a playoff spot, they'll play their tails off for a win no matter what mother nature brings.

I think this is where Philbin having coached in Green Bay could really pay off. He should know how to prepare a team to play in the cold.

One could say they need to be mentally tough every week. 38 degrees is not a big deal, it could be much worse

I'd consider that a beautiful winter day, anytime you're above 10 degrees your in good shape

It was 62 in the CLE this AM. I'm not worried about the weather, I'm more worried about the field conditions. If I remember correctly Heinz Field's drainage is abysmal.

look for a lot of ball to the back in the backfield stuffs short of the sticks this week...a sherman special delivery...and for sturgis to miss at least one easy kick and probably a big one...

every time this teams marked just short of the sticks on 2nd down i cringe knowing we are very likely to fail the next play...and on 4th down if we run it

LOL. Sadly I think the sarcasm of your post is going unrecognized. I agree, the forecast is not that bad yet people are acting like we're playing in the North Pole.

It's warm everywhere in the east today. The cold front swings through tomorrow and ruins it all though.

Yeah. This is not bad weather in the least and should have no effects on the game. This weather is actually much better than playing in the rain. Hoping for the >1/2 In of snow.

Especially a South Florida team that has trouble running the ball. Throwing the ball 45 times in that weather is not an easy task.
