Actually i'm not wrong at all, I was talking about youtube or other social media sites like FB, etc where you have streaming video. I specifically did not mention PB or any other public bit torrent site (or private tracker for that matter) because that's a completely different matter, although they're starting to track that too. But for the record, a buddy of mine did download/share an HBO show from PB and was contacted by HBO directly after about 2 months, in his case it was mostly just cease to share or else type of threat, but there is definitely a threat so anybody using them should be aware. And for the record he's a fairly technically savvy guy who had some stuff in place to cover his tracks, but bit torrents are soon going to become the new napster so I'd be careful and do a LOT of research before using them if you're thinking of starting now - they're really cracking down on bit torrents specifically this summer, a quick google should be sufficient to prove I know what I'm talking about.
