i personally wont miss any of those guys exept for wes,but the 2nd and 7th rounder makes me feel better about it,but of those guys what do you think was there greatest moment while they were a dolphin, I think Joeys was his thanksgiving game against detroit, and for randy i think his best highlight was i think his first season he had the preseason game where he dove for a touchdown over two people,it looked like he was 10 ft high,,and for wes i think his greatest moment had to of been the miracle 04 patriots game,,the punt return that setup a scoring drive where he got tackled at the one,i think that gave us the mometum to win the game, but those are my thoughts id like to hear what u guys think...

Favorite Wes moment:

mmm i forgot about that hit,but personally i think donnie jones hit was alot nastier,,it was funny to see a punter lay out a returner..

i will certainly miss wes, we will still get to see him twice a year however in a pats uniform....hopefully we get a good player with that 2nd round pick

Getting rid of Wes is quite possibly one of the dumbest moves we've made in a while. Sure he did not score much but the field position he would give us 90% of the time was amazing. The guy had heart, guts, class, and skills. He really enjoyed being a Dolphin too. Well I guess we'll get to watch him blow by Grandpa Porter and the rest of our D next year. I am so tired of coaches that come in and think the best way to build a winning team is tear it apart by getting rid of your weapons!

I agree with the dude above, we can rebiuld our team without getting rid of Welker! He was young, and such a damn good player. My favorite receiver for Miami since Mcduff. I will be sour about that for awhile. Goodbye guys, and good luck.

Welker will be missed,

Mcmk.........Sorry but you drop the ball too much,Jojo
cant hit a barn. You have class.

Later ex Dolphins.Dont become brilliant somewhere else.

We weren't looking to get rid of Wes. The Patriots offered him a great deal and we don't have the cap room to match that and have enough romo to improve the team elsewhere. We got the best we could out of the deal and although we all love Wes, he can be replaced. I'm gonna miss him as much as anybody but in football, you have to look at it as more of a business and from a business standpoint, we got a good deal.

Okay, this is really the best Wes Welker Moment:

McMike good luck to you.... I really liked you as our TE....I actually hope we can re-sign you, but i doubt it. You dropped some balls, but were the all time leading Dolphin's Tight End in receptions.

Wes...what can I say....you were very exciting to watch. We're actually losing 3 players in losing you....we're losing out on a PR,KR and 3rd string WR....Dam, you will be missed.

Joey, muh boy,.....what can I say bout you?.....just keep on walking through.....

Man, Im still mad we cut Randy, I think it was the dumbest move we did, and like you Predaphin, I hope we resign him. Still one of the best TEs in the league, and scored alot of TDs for us as a Phin. And he def was a leader, I rememeber when the O-line was giving up alot of sacks and Randy was there to light a fire in them.

As for Welker, people forget hes a smart player too, espically on kick offs where he'd step out of bounds and touch the ball and get it at the 40. Also had a alot of heart. I wonder if he could have denied the Patriots offer or not?

And for Joey, I still hope hes sucessful somewhere, he deserves to be, espically going through what he did in Detriot. Plus hes a class act, hopefully theres a system out there he'll have sucess in.

Wes was “a pain in the butt” to deal with when he was with the Dolphins. “We had to double-team him because no one could stick with him man-to-man,” Rodney Harrison

I think my favorite Wes moment was when he played as kicker, kick returner, and punt returner in the same game. I couldn't believe it when he made that field goal! :D

Also loved the kick returns for TDs against the Ravens, and the one that essentially was a TD against the Pats in that famous 29-28 game!
