Honestly, I think if Ricky was in there that there were enough plays availalbe that he would have seen the openings and made about 4-5 10+ yard runs. I noticed quite a few times where Ronnie missed a cutback or slide off tackle. But that is expected. All in all I think Ronnie did well.

yeah, overall I was happy with Ronnie's performance today. There were definately times where he looked like a rookie- he's gotta hit holes faster and not dance so much in the backfield- but he'll learn.

Didn't like him because he basically sucked all preseason. He played very well today, and I hope he keeps it up.

that's called being a bandwagoner, only liking someone when they do good for you.....but whatever...
 
Gus looked good, but how great is Ronnie Brown at picking up the blitz. Gus might as well have another OL in the backfield! WE HAD TWO WR'S OVER 100 YARDS!!! Someone has to look up the last time that happened. Has to be when Dan was here.

I assume you are counting Chambers' 61 yard run. In which case you are right.

well to clarify that we had one reciever that had over 100 yards recieving in Booker and had another in Chambers that had over 100 total yards 40 recieving and 61 running
 
oh yeah but if that's the case we had 3 recievers that had over 100 yards because Welker had 175 total yards with punt returns, kick returns, and reception yardage
 
I'm really happy with Crowder and Daniels!......They looked like veterans out there today instead of rookies....:rawk:...The offensive line did a great job protecting Gus and Linehan using the quick drop passes really helped the line too....DEN was stacked against the run most of the day and Gus made them pay!....Great job all around....:beerbang:
 
I am very impressed after today.:tongue: to all those browncow fans who came to crash our site,next time relax and don't jump the gun...Now you just look ******ed. For this being the first game i could not believe it was the same Dolphin team as it was in pre-season, maybe that was part of Saban's plan???. We looked as good as any other team today,granted we did'nt play that good of a team,and thats no shot at anyone but the browncows are'nt that great. Conrats to us and lets hope we come out gunnin against those cesna's. But either way a great start & win For us PHINHEADS. Very Impressive,What do you think??
