Its all good... thats the only way I watch 90% of the entire season

... but if you only saw gamecast, then it probably looks like pat white was horrible. The stats do not do him justice. IMO he played alot better than I expected. 3 drops that I saw where not his fault and the INT was not his fault. Granted he should probably take some speed off of some of his passes... (looked like michael vick & falcons wr's), but those receivers should have caught those passes. I dont know what most people expected out of White tonight... but I did not expect much. To me, he looked like a rookie learning a system.. but the guy can play. Accurate throws for the most part... and he flashed his running ability while knowing when to get down. Overall, not an awesome night.. but an encouraging one in my opinion. Hes a smart player and Im glad hes on our team.
 
I wasn't excited when we drafted him, but Pat White looked great tonight!

I hope Pat White continues to improve; I really like him!
 
Really pleased with his play/composure even in the winding moments really fought for extra yards and looked good tonight.

Yep, stats were not good but he played as well as he could have played with what he was given. I liked what I saw.
 
i thought he played well.better arm strength than i thought.they put him in good positions to throw.threw to the outside well.not sure how he will do with over the middle throws-posts-deep curls,just because of his height.but give the kid time to get his timing down on those.it could be fun to watch in a year or two.wr's let him down big time.he could have gotten on a mini roll.
 
It was definitely strange watching a Qb throw a rocket pass while rolling out to the left side. He should be able to make a few nice plays by just being a mobile lefty.
