The best example I can give you guys of a guy not drafted on day one is Joe Jacobi who played for the skins in the 80's. He WASN'T even drafted at all and that's when they had 12 rounds and guess what? He was an all pro OT that played in 3 superbowl winners.Of course this doesn't happen all the time, but it does happens.
