Omar Kelly:How can Miami Dolphins solve this QB issue?

The beat writers for this team are even afraid to go all in on a QB! Finding a franchise QB isn't a sure thing. Never has been. Miami hasn't drafted a 1st round QB since 1983. We know the other way of finding a QB since Marino retired has FAILED time and time again.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO LOSE? If we take Tannehill and it fails, so what? At least we would be trying a different approach. To keep trying the same approach or to keep putting it off is just dumb in my opinion

Agree. Definition of insanity=doing the same thing and expecting a different result

Ozzy rules!!

Imagine Omar as the GM? Pulling guards in the draft and in free agency.

I wouldn't put it all on the fanbase's impatience if Tannehill is given less time to learn and is thrust into starting. A solid starter above him is what GAVE Aaron Rodgers that liberty to take time and learn. No one to blame for a lack of a solid mentor that can be depended on but the Dolphins.

I mean, how MUCH do we expect Tannehill to sit back and learn from Moore and Garrard if they wind up losing consistently with their style of play?

I agree with taking a QB in the first round. Problem is are Dolphin Fans paitent enough to wait for the pick to develop?

Well it isn't always the other QB"S that teach them it is also the coaches. But I see your point about learning to suck from a backup.

How can they solve the QB issue?

How about simply drafting one in the first round, something they haven't done since you know who in 1983.
