Omar Kelly is on a mission

Who cares, Omar has a learning disability and enjoys his fathers touch..
 
I despise Omar... He's quickly overtaking Armando as the worst writer in the state.
 
How about this guys? If you want him gone or don't like him unsubscribe to his Twitter and Blogs. He obviously cares more about being some social media star than he does about doing any quality reporting on the Dolphins. Me for one cannot do this because I don't have a twitter or read his blogs.

Are you serious? Really you want heads early? If so you and Omar need to retire. Wow. How has changing coaches every 3-4 years worked for us? Oh right not very good.

Horrible job? Did you not see the post with our 2007 roster when they tok over? We have 3 players from that team. That's it. We've made the playoffs once. We've had a competitive team each year. They have assembled a top 5 defense and what looks to be an up and coming offense.
 
I want heads too, but changing coaches mid year accomplishes little, and real coaching candidates don't want to come in mid year.

I heard the Sirius interview, and it sounded like Omar was rooting for the Phins to fail. Time to boycott that moron!
 
That was the first time I heard Omar live. It's obvious his agenda is to throw the dolphins under the bus. Every other line was a jab/joke at the dolphins over the last 2 decades. It wasnt even reporting, but pure obnoxious commentary with little to no substance....almost like a 5 minute stand up routine.
 
Damn. Lot of people hate Omar.

I have to admit there are certain aspects of his game that really irk me to no end. But I try not to hate. Unlike most of the beat writers, he actually likes the Dolphins, is basically a fan, and he works hard at what he does.

He's playing to a market though. Whether you like it or not the Dolphins have inspired a pretty well populated faction of fans that like to talk about what an embarrassment this regime is, how much the Dolphins are going to suck, how much they can't wait for the next regime to take over, etc. And I don't think they're wrong for it. It is what it is. Win some games, give some people some reasons to hope, if you don't want that to happen. And for christ sakes don't go 1-7 at home in front of your own fan base. They're reaping what they sowed.

I unfollowed him once he tried to lure people into his article with the "big news". Usually he sucks but man, since then.. well, he blows.

Omar was so bad that the next caller said that Omar needed to go on suicide watch. If the guy can't get a grip he really needs to quit and go be the beat writer for some other team. The national attention we've gotten from booing Henne (which won't die now) at practice on Monday, the Kyle Orton trade that didn't happen (count me happy about that one) and the stupid crap about Favre being a possibilty has put the Dolphins in the national media for all the wrong reasons.

Actually Dave Hyde is the one that first suggested it and wrote an article. But its still ridiculous.
 
Per Omar, BMarsh hates him now at the moment also. Didn't say why but he said Brandon is not happy with me at the moment, and that he betrayed Brandon's trust.
