He says if DAL doesn't tag Miles,Miami might be willing to give up the picks for him.At this point,it would most likely be a 1st and a 3rd.

At around 14:45,he talks about the possibility of getting him.Also,there's talk of Antrel Rolle being a solution at FS,because Omar says Antrel wants back min Miami.Malcom Floyd(whom I think is most realistic) is also within talks,because their not gonna sign Jackson AND Floyd.

Antrel Rolle(if interested) is talked about at 20:15

Omar is right about one thing though.....Miami CANNOT go into the 2010-11 season with the current WR corps.

I surely hope hes right in saying Miami will do whatever it takes to get a WR who can make things happen. Moreso a WR that can get the YAC, than anything else.

Also, Omar says Porters gone in the off-season.
 
Hopefully they could somehow swap picks or something. I like Austin but hopefully he is not a 1 and done.
 
if we give a first and a third for a player who has only had one good year in the nfl i think that would be a huge mistake i am hoping we draft Dez Bryant with our first pick

We will find 1 ILB, 2 OLBs with one being a SOLB 110%.

Rolle at FS would be amazing. Would LOVVVVVE that but I don't think he is a FA is he?

Floyd looks good but is he a number 1? HIGHLY doubt it. He is a number 2 not a 1. And I am starting to get scared of these tall guys lately if they haven't been good teh past 3 yrs consistently.

Rolle has out played his contract,and his incentives push him over $14M next season,and the Cards cant afford that,just giving Fitz a $10M a year,and Docketts gonna need a new contract.....hes not gonna be a Card next year...count on it...

by using the last two drafts to fill the holes on this team,we really dont need ALL of our picks.Plus,I think this regime has shown their accuracy w/ their late picks.Id be very comfortable with giving up 1 first and a 3rd for Miles,cause then we know how to attack the draft.We'd still have 7 other picks.

Dockett said he does not want ot stay at ARZ anymore. He was a CB bust so I dono if he is someone worth spending loads of money on for a FS project (call him that bc i think he has been a FS for only 1/2 yrs max)

I'd rather go with Atogwe or Bethea any day of hte week, even Collins from GB.

no ones gonna trade for a FS making almost $15M...Theres only 2 safeties in the league Id consider worthy enough of those numbers,and Antrel aint one of 'em....

Antrel was just too slow to play corner,but at safety,he was a few votes shy of being a Pro Bowler this season.

VOtes doesnt mean he is good its a popularity contest. Game film shows it.
 
i dont saee Flloyd as a #1 not sure if Austin is a #1. He had Crayton and Roy WIlliams behind him. I could deal with maybe a 3rd and a WR (Bess) for Austin but not a #1 pick.
 
It goes completely against BP's philosophy to trade a top first rounder for a player that had one year of success. He wouldn't do it for B.Edwards so why would anyone think he'll now do it for M.Austin?

It would make more sense to draft D.Bryant and keep your 3rd, this won't happen!
