There was supposed to be safety help is what Sparano meant. Just because the safety ****ed up big time (a pretty constant thing with ReShad Jones, actually) doesn't mean that he wasn't beat. He was in very poor position. Nolan Carrol is supposed to be the underneath aggressive guy to stop a rocket coming in on Andre Johnson's inside shoulder, while Jones was supposed to be there to prevent exactly what happened. He wasn't.

At least I think that's what you're trying to say, because honestly your entire post is incredibly incoherent. Do you type from your phone?

i have no problem firing tony this early in the season. non at all. will it SAVE the season, probably not as one of the biggest reasons he [and ireland] need to go is the fact we dont have the talent to get it done. and that is what a coach's job IS, to get enough talent and then know what to do with it. he has NEVER, not in 4 years learned either.

Ok....that was just ridiculous. Don't have the talent, really? I won't even begin to waste my time with that.

So, I have been very firm on my view that Sporano shouldn't get fired any time soon. But.......I have to say that his speech lately reaks of a man that is lost and way over his head without a clue of what to do about it. I am officially nervous about him at the helm. I won't go as far as some and start dogging the man and calling him names but if something doesn't happen different by the end of game 4 I think a statement has to be made. And that statement is "we aren't putting up with nonsense around here anymore and we WILL be a winning team that doesn't tolerate anything but dominance!!!!!"
