OMG y'all are not going to believe what I get to do!!!

I bought tickets to go to the Dolphins vs. Chiefs game this weekend at the beginning of the year.

Come to find out, my news directing teacher at LSU is a sports director for CBS. He directs different college and pro games every weekend.
He just so happens to be working the Dolphins game Sunday.

Well, I originally was just going to stop by the truck and check out everything, but after he contacted his boss at CBS, I get to do this:

Work the Dolphins game for CBS as a runner (I'll still be able to watch it, I'll just be in the CBS truck doing technical work).

Then, I get to go INTO THE DOLPHINS LOCKER ROOM after the game for post-game interviews!!! :eek:


I'm going to try to get to Ronnie first since he's my favorite player.

If you have tickets you might want to check with the guy and make sure you will be able to watch the game. I work in the entertainment industry and a runner is generally sent running errands. Such as getting lunch for the crew, delivering tapes to the studio, running back and forth place to place picking up equipment they need for the show etc...

I would double check just to make sure, would hate to see you miss the game if you already had tickets to attend it!

I appreciate the concern, but I talked to Mark (teacher) already and he said I'd probably be in the truck for the most part. I'll be able to watch the game, just not in the stadium.

This is just an opportunity I can't pass up. It's a resume builder and I can't friggin believe I get to go into the locker room after for interviews.
