On Brady's last TD Pass, Could Schulsters have put a hand on the ball?

I was watching Nublar's highlight reel,and on that play, it looks like Lance could have broken up that pass, or even intercepted it, but it looks like for whatever reason he let up on the pass.. Anyone else notice this?

It was a great pass no doubt, but it just looks like to me like Lance could have made a play on it..

schulters was pretty far removed from the ball. i doubt he had a shot at all

Maybe it was the angle.. It just looked like he short hopped it, and that if he jumped the highest he could and extended he had a shot at tipping the ball..

No but if only Reggie Howard HAD actually managed to intercept that ball he gambled on. Oh man that would have ruled.

I was thinking the same thing when I saw the replay. It looked like he just gave up. Maybe it was untouchable but I would have liked to at least see him jumping with his arms up in an attempt to block it.
