Hello fellas!

Long time, but glad to be back posting. Here is a humble opinion.

I support Gase for one reason, is a leader with great intelligence.

A team needs an intelligent leader surrounded by smart people.

He does not need to know everything, but be surrounded by a great group of people and he does not hesitate to have the people he thinks is best suited for their team work, speaking on coaches and players.

He is going to make a lot of mistakes, but it seems that has the smarts to rapidly correct the direction.

May be is just my perception, but only time.
That's also a hope.

Agreed. Smart at many things. But not play-calling

I always love the narrative by fans that coaches aren’t capable of learning.

He has his downfalls but he has found ways to win. That is the only reason he gets any benefit of the doubt.

I've been frustrated by the play calling too, but I am starting to wonder if the play calling is a function of the quality of offensive line.

Either way I to am on the train.

My main issue with Gase is his ability to build a competent coaching and coordinating staff around him. That is usually the issue with younger coaches - they do not have the network to be able to put together a good staff.

I am somewhat amazed how a 31 year old McVay was able to get wade phillips on his staff.

What he has shown so far is he is consistently able to lead Miami to close wins over poor teams while consistently not able to lead Miami to be competitive against good, physical teams and is willing to get rid of talened players for little in return under the guise of chemistry.

No matter how much he says he trusts TH he doesnt show it with his play calling. That’s crippling the team and his offensive strategies. Not to mention TH can’t make more than 2 reads on a good day.

I like Gase, but he will be done in by TH like the rest.

Firmly on the train all the way to glory or the bitter end. Lol

I agree look how much Luck elevated the colts against the pats and they have no good skill position players or any good defensive players.
