Did you guys notice that on Pittsburgh's 3rd TD, that drive took 10 plays, and every single play was a run by LeVeon Bell? That's right, the Steelers did not drop back to throw a single pass. They handed the ball to LeVeon Bell 10 straight times, marched right down the field, and scored a TD. That is just pathetic by our defense.

Reminded me of when NE did that to us a few years ago to milk the clock and finish the game. Incredibly frustrating.

There was no reason to throw they were playing power O and we didn't have the players to stop it period. They got big chunks of yardage as Bell just waited for his blockers to win at the point of attack and that was that.

I thought Miami might try some of that but when they deactivated Young figured not so much.

Yeah, except this 10-play TD drive began with 3:09 left in the 1st quarter. We need defensive help at every level of our defense. We need a space-eating DT to add to the rotation, a DE that can hold the edge and play the run, a couple of LBs, a nickel CB, and also some depth at CB and S positions. That's a lot to ask for in one off-season. Plus we need OL help ... again.

Dead arms by our DL. Gase probably should have rested our horses last week at 17-0. Also, no help filling the gaps from our LBs or Safety's. Even then the difference was when we started to get momentum, Moore crapped the bed. That was the difference between prior wins and losses. I had confidence as we moved the ball prior to the half. Tomlin was going to get conservative but we didn't have the QB to sustain the firepower. I think prior to the Moore first fumble, inserting T'hill at that point would have generated a W.

our linebackers blow guys, every great team has a baller at that position...we don't

Ajayi was the most hit RB in the backfield this year. That tells you that our OL needs upgrades. I know Pouncey will help but for how long? So sad how much help this team needs next year.

Regardless hats off to the guys this year for fighting and Gase for getting these guys to buy in to his message.

and this is why I can't find it in my mind or heart to blame Moore - when a team runs it down your throat at will you are going to lose no matter who's playing QB for you.

Exactly. I don't know how anyone could watch that first quarter and think that the offense was going to lose that game today.

The Steelers made the defense look like a high school team, and a bad one at that.

This will be fixed in the offseason how can it not, its so glaringly bad.
