On the record, who would you take over Tannehill right now?

First off, just wanted to say what's up everybody! First thread here but I'm a long time viewer and definitely a Phinatic!! With Tannehill's obvious improvement, I'd like to know what QBs you'd take over Tannehill for the upcoming season. Lets not factor in age, or future. At this very moment who would you take over Tannehill?

I'm going Aaron Rogers, Andrew Luck, Ben Roethlisberger. I think Tannehill fits our offense,perfectly with his mobility and skill set. I'm trying not to be a homer because there's so many other good QBs in the league But I'd only take someone with the same (or better) skill set AND mobility
 
Well, I'm going to break the rules and factor in age, how well I think they could run our offense, and whether or not I think they could survive 12+ games behind the pass protection we've had since 2013. Rodgers, Rapist, Luck. Anyone else, serious reservations for aforementioned reasons.

People would of said same about Peyton as a QB vs Brady and who has more rings.. I am saying it's situational I am waiting another year before full judgement on Luck v Tannehill. Ya he puts up amazing numbers but we will see.

Aaron Rodgers without a doubt, but I do agree with Bruzer, Luck is a maybe...that is not a given he will end up better then Tannehill.

I know it's in fashion to call Luck the next great QB in the making, and sure as hell does look like at worst he will be one of the best, but what I saw is Luck and Tannehill both almost identical efficiency wise year one, then Luck having a better 2nd and 3rd year...problem is Luck had better talent he could count on around him, Tannehill has had to mostly improvise and learn new offenses.

I agree with you that Luck has to be ahead of Tannehill right now, but I just have a feeling once Tannehill does put it together (Not much waiting left IMO), his future looks far bigger then Lucks.
 
I'm with most here, Rogers and Luck are about the only ones. Age spares no man, and that's why a few others don't make this list. There will soon be a groundswell type change of NFL front runners at QB. Glad we got ours.
 
If it's just this year, I would put Rodgers, Rapist (Thanks JDW), Luck, and Probably Brees.
