Once you're inducted in the HOF question

I was just curious if anyone knows if a player can come back into the league after they have been inducted in the HOF. And, no, I'm not asking because I think Marino might have a change of heart.

Coaches can.....pretty sure players can too. You have to be out of the game for 5 years to be inducted though, so add 5 years to a player that was probably getting old when he retired (he probably had to play a long time to earn a spot in the Hall the first year he was eligible) and it becomes pretty unlikely that a player would want to return.

that is a really good question. a player like barry sanders could get in, then decide to return and you know someone would sign him. I dont know the answer tho. I think that is why they wait for 5 years so there are these problems.
