This team is tired of dealing with his crazy ****. Philbin is used to coaching guys who WANT to be good players and stay out of trouble. You want to bring a first year coach in here and have him deal with Marshalls crazy ass? No way man. Philbin is going to help Ireland get good players that play hard for us. This is a good move for our team and the locker room in general. Marshall was constantly fighting with our QB's, CONSTANTLY. You think they want to bring in Flynn or Manning and force them to deal with that crap? No way man.
Yeh i'm drinking the kool aid, and it's damn tasty, cold and goes down smooth on a hot South Florida day.

Have fun looking for someone to replace a probowl WR. How is Philbin going to help Ireland get players? Sign a backup QB from team he just left to fail without any weapons? In case you didn't know, we aren't the great sell of a team to come here right now. Where are all these FA's that are dying to come to play here? By the way, besides the rant about him asking for a better QB this offseason, what issues in the lockerroom did he create? None that I can remember.....but he's a diva and a cancer? No, thats made up because of his off feild activities.

I get if you were a fan for 2 years...but we haven't had a legit threat at WR for decades before Marshall came along...but whatever, enjoy Flynn destined to fail without a solid WR core and we can start over in 2 years again cursing Philbin and Flynn this time.

I have to agree. I think Ireland had to unload him before the news broke about the assault. I'm sure Ireland would have shopped around for a better deal than two 3rds, but, time was running out. What team would give you anything for a WR who is basically a headcase, cancer in the locker room, fights with the QB and cannot stay out of trouble. The draft is deep with young hungry WR's who are looking to make a name for themselves. Any one of those kids could end up in the pro bowl. You never know. The Dolphins made an excellent move in "putting out the trash"......:)
