One more excuse that Meatball supporters can no longer use

No Nublar some of us have been telling you since 09! We stood our ground as one feeble excuse after another went away. It is time to stop blaming the fans! The fault lies on Parcells his good old boy network, and dated philosophy.
I have never blamed the fans for this misfortune of this regime. The fan topic dates back many regimes and I don't feel like getting into that again. You know my stance on that topic.

Bring us a new regime at the end of the year. Time to suck for luck.

Sparano does not have a killer instinct and it reflects w/ the players.

This game should have been put away in the 2nd qtr!

Like multiple times, last season, I had a hunch in the 3rd qtr that it'd be yet another tally in the loss column.

You're right, if only Sparano would have told Henne to score TD's instead of FG's, we might have won. I don't know what Sparano was thinking.

The crazy thing is how bad our O-Line play is with that being Tony's supposed area of expertise. Like WV said a couple of years back, we've passed up playmaker after playmaker in the draft to select these "statues" and our line is BAD. Still, count me in with the group that wants to see him finish out the season. The only way to break this cycle is to totally stink it up and put ourselves in a position to get a real franchise qb.

You are speculating that Tony thinks, at all, ever, etc...

Regardless of what you "think" about Tony's thought process, this offense was given every chance to score by the head coach. It's not as if they called three runs from the ten yard line because they were conservative. They gave the QB opportunity to pass, and he didn't get it done.

Acting like lack of scoring comes from a coaching decision is ridiculous.

Tony needs to be fired. Someone has to be held accountable for this.

I sure hope Ross sacks Sparano soon. I don't think I want to be around this board if we are at 0-5 after a loss at the Jests. How ugly will that be on this board ?
