I don't mean to knock Dan Campbell but I think this is important for those who somehow think he can or has changed the culture of this team.

We had to have this game today, so did Jets, yet they were the only team that showed toughness today. They were the team knocking the crap out of us today starting with the hit that knocked out R Matthews.

You can't be sporadically tough if you want to be a good team. You have to play hard and hit hard every week and not take crap like teams like the Jets.

Yeah, there were some hits by Misi and Jones, maybe a couple by Suh but there was no consistent pass rush and no push whatsoever from this pudding OL.

The problem is limited talent on this team. The coaches/players keep saying we have a talented team- they are delusional, and the front office can't evaluate talent...look at our poor draft choices.it's just a mess with no hope with this FO and owner. I can't think of one positive thing.

Having a rah-rah coach who says all the right things and is a tough SOB is one thing. But if he has dog**** for players there's only so much he can do. The same applies to Campbell.

This year's draft was perhaps the worst in a decade. This team is not competing, I could tell from the first catch from Mike Wallace. Grimes could have made him pay for going up for that ball but he didn't and the backing down began from that point forward. The limping by most players after every play and the "injuries" and it's not even December. This team and staff should be dismantled and rebuilt.
