I never liked Sherman, I am on the fence with Philbin. Never liked Sparano, dumbstadt, cam moron. Was excited for JJ, got tired of Olivadati's defence getting beat by Thomas on 4th and 5 with draws, screens. Got Ill watching noodle arm loose every meaningful game by defenses stacking the box. Never liked Satan, waking over players having seizures, and Culpepper? Was excited about parcels, we all know how that turned out. I am for one more year. Who are you going to get now? Pioli parcels son in law. Mangenious? Do you think St. Louis going to fire fisher after two years?

No but getting shot of Sherman is not enough it is said Philbin has the choice of who stays on his staff so no small measures no excuses one more year so be it ive followed the Fins for 20 years so one more year of disappointment but we get shot everyone.

Let me throw some intagibles to dispell another 8-8 team.

1. Fix the oline.
2. Wallace another full offseason with his QB with the sack problem half solved and they start hitting long early and often.
3. Draft the big kid from Washington TE in Sefarian Jenkins. Trade down a bit and pick up another pick.
4. Tannehill does his film study and discovers how much he did wrong.
5. Dion Sims takes a big step in this offense.
6. We get Legarrett Blount or Ben Tate in FA.

Keep the defense somewhat in tact resigning Grimes, Carroll and Soliai and hope and pray the Ellerbe and Wheeler play just 20% better.

Then dont play any starters in preseaon so some f'n rookie blows up the knees of any of our players.

I would add to that list to let Ryan roll out and run more often. It'll keep a lb tied up following him, and open up a TE better. Chunk yardage like 10-15- 20 yards is what makes us win games and demoralizes defenses.

Its ok, every year there will be folks that want one more year. There were people posting one more year for Sparano, and Henne, and that ****ing jackass Cam Cameron. No matter how poorly this organization is run/coached/etc there will be somebody who wants one more year.

Unfortunately it appears Ross is one of those people :boohoo:

I don't think he wants one more year IMO the OP is just saying one more year if nothing changes now at least we can see light at the end of the tunnel sort of speak.
