I'll tell you one thing I like about the guy. He majored in sociology and has a master's in education from a couple of tier 1 academic schools. I think that's interesting, and definitely not something you see every day with coaches. Reminds me of Marv Levy, a man of letters who turned out to be a pretty good coach.

This guy is not a run of the mill meathead like Tony, that is for sure.
