because vegas set the line at -1 and their not in the business to lose money...they couldve gotten the same action at bills -3...with over 90% of the public backing the bills the line has only shifted to bills -1.5...pretty much this game should be close and id be surprised if its not...with my experience from betting games vegas is usually dead on and i dont know how they come up with this **** but last week all the heavily backed teams either didnt cover or lost outright
