The World cup bas been great for me this year to help pass the off-season, especially since the NBA and NHL seasons wrapped up....I know a lot of us Americans seem to dislike soccer but I think its an awesome sport

That being said I still cant wait for my Fins to be back lol, football season is always too short and the offseason is too long, they play a much shorter year than pretty much every other sport I can think of
Same here. I love it when the season sneaks up on me.
The World Cup has been fun, I agree. Hard not to countdown the days until training camp though.
I long for those training camp reports/updates/tweets. Fishing reports and training camp reports are all I have to look forward to this summer.
Seems like the older I get, the less time I have to go fishing as that is certainly my favorite way to pass the time behind watching my Dolphins play.
I can't wait for the day that my son is old enough (17 months) to go fishing with me. Looks like I have a few more years to go though.
To all the fish roaming the NJ coast line, I will eventually find you, hook you and certainly eat you, but for now your safe.

I have a specific set of lures that make me a nightmare for fish like you...
I like it.
I'd love to do the fishing with the Miami Dolphins charity event one year.
The World Cup has help me a lot with the waiting but yes, I'm ready for training camp to start and the the season for that matter. Once the season start we'll know if it was worth the wait a few weeks into the season.
