Onside kick recovery first in how long?

i believe the last time was a tricky move by wanny against the lions a few years ago after we just returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown... er something along those lines.

What does it matter usually when you attempt an onside kick you are behind so I think it is good that we haven't attempted that many onside kicks.

We haven't tried that many either. But, I must admit that Mare has the best onside kick of any kicker that I've ever seen. He was also the first (that I had seen) to kick it the way he does. Now, a lot of kickers kick it the way he does.

I agree, he is the best at on-side kicking, I just wish he was automatic from the 45-49 range.
