Gators with the #1 recruited class this year, I've gotta say it sure is great to be a FLORIDA GATOR!!

Urban will be back next season, and im excited to see our big armed Qb open up our passing offense. It's gonna be another solid year from UF.

But I mean are you suprised? I expect nothing less from the Florida power house....#1 only :hi5:

i thought i read somewhere that according to one site... Florida had the top class then another site said USC had it..

"I was 190 pounds, tops, out of high school. That was the story of most of my class. D.J. Williams and Vince Wilfork were four or five stars. But Jeremey Shockey was a three-star guy out of junior college. Jerome McDougle was the same story. Vernon Carey. "That's just how it goes. It's fun to talk about but nothing more."
 
Meh....Mark Ingram was a 3 star recruit...and just won the Heisman Trophy and steamrolled the crocs in the SEC CG.....

Javier Arenas was a 2 star recruit....Demeco Ryans...etc....I could list about 2 dozen guys that were unheralded recruits for Bama recently that became some of the best players in the SEC...

Rashad Johnson was a walk on...

Aaron Curry was a 2 star recruit at WF that went on to become the best linebacker in the country by his senior year and 4th overall pick in the draft....Patrick Willis was a 3 star I believe...

GT keeps going to the ACC CG every year despite not having top 10 recruiting classes...

Bottom line is it's about player development and coaching...

Trust me.....nobody in Tuscaloosa is worried about all those 5-stars the crocs are bringing to the party in October....all I know is Urban better make damn sure all of them have their chin straps buckled when Mark Ingram and that rolling ball of butcher knives Trent Richardson is bearing down on them with the rock in their hands.....or they're gonna be seeing plenty of "stars"...

I'm not talking about recruiting...i'm talking about slapping them around AGAIN on the
field and giving Meyer another coronary.
 
Talk **** all you want, but the FLORIDA GATORS have dominated the SEC for years now, and Alabama has only returned to the lights and flashbulbs....it WAS LSU...and even Auburn...where was Alabama? LOL

I'll take 2 national championships in 4 years with back to back national championships in basketball, and the first school in NCAA history to win the national championship in football and basketball in the same year.

It IS great to be a FLORIDA GATOR, you can say whatever you want but the facts are on my side guys, we run the SEC...not Alabama.

And lets get this straight right now, the best football players in the COUNTRY come from FLORIDA baby, the best of the best. Then it's Texas, California...and then maybe alabama.....haha

The Gators have been "back" for about 4 years.....do you forget about that Ron Zook era?? And they won 1 National Championship in the Spurrier era....Nick Saban has equaled that in 3 years and now has as many Nat'l championships as Scumbag Meyer....I know it hurts, but face it, Bama is back and here to stay buddy.

And just a question....does Florida have as many 5 star recruits in the Meyer era as they do arrests???

And during those four years, we've kept hearing about Miami being on their way "back". But the truth is that Miami is in a Zook era of their own. You know your program is lacking when you have to crow about that of someone else.

Two..are you saying Meyer is a classy person?..LOL
Three..Who is number 1 right now?The same team that raped Fla. in
the SECCG.
Now...what's changed that makes you think it will be any different

One thing Gator fans need to remember...and it's a big one..You have NEVER had a
undefeated season.
That means in every season of football you have had..there has always been someone better than you that year.
Think about that.

I'm not the one that was crowing....he made some pretty ridiculous statements about Miami and I was pointing out the flaws in his argument. My point was college football is cyclical. Everyone has their ups and downs. Florida will have another lull much like the Canes and Noles are having. Enjoy it while it lasts
