it basically started by a guy who posts on the herald's forum if im not mistaken. its pretty much dominated by its posters. would be nice to give it a finheaven flavor.
 
I wouldn't be surprised if Ricky really does listen to Dolphan Radio Network. Who knows, maybe he'll call in. :D
