I see a lot of posts on this forum talking about how it's gonna be so great to have Ronnie and Ricky in the same backfield again. Well, wake up because it's not going to happen. There are 3 points I would like to bring up.

Randy Mueller used to be with the Saints. Remember that little fiasco Ricky Williams had with the Saints that landed him in Miami? You think he's going to bring that back into his organization?

Ricky Williams is coming off his 2nd year out of the NFL in the past 3 years AND a broken leg he suffered while playing football in Canada. Add to that the fact he didn't even really perform well in Canada. He's lost a step or two and twice that in intensity. If by some slim chance we do get Ricky back it's not going to be the 2003 Ricky Williams. We'll never see him again.

And finally, who said Ricky even wants to come back to the Dolphins? Saban was the one who brought him back in 05 and he developed a good relationship with Saban. In case you've been under a rock the past 3 months Saban is gone now. Ricky might not want to come back now.

I miss Ricky, and his jersey still hangs in my closet, but I don't expect to ever see him in a Dolphins uniform again.

Ricky Broke his arm...not leg, and he cut his foot.

Um, Ricky said he is coming back. There was a couple of articles and threads about that recently.

Also, next time, use the "Opinion" icon.

Also, really looks like he broke his leg:

:roflmao:

I agree that it probably won't be the Ricky of 2003, but the Ricky from 2005 wasn't that bad either.

My bad on not using the opinion tag. Still new here, give me a break. If I could edit it at this point I would but it wont let me change the tag.

Yes, I did say broke his leg. I meant to say broke his arm. Sorry for making a mistake. I still stand by my points.

Thanks for the insight...

now were teliin people to use the correct icons? your gonna need a degree to post here soon,, SHEEESH

That would mean that they were pretty stupid not to resign Morris. Now we have to plan to draft a RB because all the ones worth anything have gone in free agency already.
