Optomistic

I am very optomistic for our future. I think this is a good hire and we should be more exciting if nothing else. I will not panic though. Every new coach comes in trying to win right away but most seem to have a three year plan. What happened in San Francisco this year was not the norm. If I see a change in our teams tempo and execution I will be happy. Steady growth please.
