why is it whenever a big name player, who is well past their prime, gets released people on this site want to pick them up? Does anyone realize they were released for a reason. It's usually the quality of their play. Sure they were once All Pro's or very good players, but they age and their play declines. We need to stop living in the past, Orlando Pace today is not the Orlando Pace of a few years ago. We need to keep getting younger. We can't do that by tying up roster spots for ageing stop gap players who don't fit into our future plans.

maybe because when a player with some talent gets released us fans think how could this guy help our team?
i dont think anyone is saying sign pace or im not gonna be a dolphin fan..
we just go to a website and kick ideas around.
When i heard they let him go i thought the same thing bring him in to play RT and let Vern move to guard. That would prob make a great line but Vern got paid to be a tackle. Plus i realize no way would the FO sign him.
But THIS IS A FAN SITE WHERE PEOPLE CAN GO AND POST THEIR IDEA'S IF YOU DONT AGREE WITH THEM THAN DONT COMMENT.
I dont see why some people feel the need to throw their worthless 2 cents into everything
