That's a good pic. That was a horrible ****ing play call. But the QB made it even worse. The fact that he dropped back wasted time. Then the time it took to throw it. He is way to slow for that crap. To make that throw you immediately receive the hike, stand up and throw. He may have had a chance to get out of the EZ if that happened. But even worse, stupid decision to throw that way when the TE was WIDE OPEN in the middle!!!!!!!

Do the same thing on 2nd down, we were up 14 points, why take a needless risk like that? Shula would just punch whoever called that horse crap play. Rule for the future-if you must throw from your half yard line, throw it OUT of you own end zone!! That play had NO chance!!

when we got the ball down there I remember saying, we're up 14-0 so don't do anything stupid and just get your punter some room to punt. But I never thought we’d do something that dumb. At that moment I felt we'd lose the game as the momentum had changed.

Yes, the play-call was midget league. But JB, as you said, made certain it died. when waddle sat and waited on the pass, the defender had a couple of minutes to react. The pass was slow and poor. Not one person on FH would have called that play.
