OTA # 1 Tomorrow

Should be interesting.

Following rookie minicamp over Memorial Day weekend, the entire team will hit the practice field on tomorrow as the Dolphins have their first OTA (Organized Team Activity). With no fan access until training camp, the media will get its initial glimpse of the 2014 Dolphins. With that in mind, here are some of the things that I’ll be looking for when the team hits the field:

Im interested on seeing where our LBs line up. We believe we know who the 3 starters will be...but will the alignment be different? Im also interested in seeing Tannehill and Wallace together early
I imagine will take a few days to see the new offense in full effect.

Obviously the O-line, Tannehill and Lazors offense will be "what to watch"

I'm very interested to see how The d-line shakes out....the competition between Jordan and Vernon should be fun as well as the interior guys....interested to see who gets kept out of Francis and A. Johnson.

I think they can participate in OTA's. it's training camp that they can't participate in.

They can participate. As truedolfan57 mentioned, unsigned draft picks are only an issue come training camp in late July.

I'm excited for LB Derrell Johnson, wouldn't it be nice if we finally get Jason Trusnik of that roster

Last rookie Mini-camp was the Walt Aikens camp.... Most of the reviews were related to him, his size, his fluid hips and how he left practice early. I hope this time to get a review on our top draft picks and of course Aikens as well.
