1. Franks is a good kid, but missing 3 XP's, even at extended range, is a major concern if the team is actually competitive. The Iowa kid is not exactly sporting a great college track record in this regard either.
2. I like Jakeem's electricity, but I can't say I am comfortable with him fielding punts with his history of dropsies and small stature. You need a tough, sure handed kid. I like the kid in special packages to get him in space but punt returner is a very precarious situation for a small guy with inconsistent hands.

Between missed extra points and potential mishandling of punts, I want a more sound unit in both regards. Not to mention the comical types of penalties which we have gotten under Rizzi.

I like the possibility of Drake fielding punts (sight unseen). I heard Channing say on WQAM that he met Drake and was surprised how well built the kid is. He said something like he couldn't believe he is only 210 lbs.

I like Grant making the team and returning kicks, though. Punt returner is a totally different beast.

Reporters weren't allowed to see practice today...they were only given access to Rizzi and a few players after it ended. They have full access next Monday and Thursday.
 
**** happens, especially if autocorrect is on. I mistype stuff on here all the time that will get corrected or something and usually don't go back to fix it unless it really irritates me lol
