OTA's???

Do the Miami Dophins not have OTA's? I know that the Cleveland Browns and some other teams have OTA's every single day until training camp starts, why dont we have them? And another thing, I know that we have bulit a state of the art practice bubble, but when do we use that? When its raining outside? and is it right next to the regular training facility or is it in a different area? thanks in advance for filling me in.

Yes, we have OTA's and I know they have a couple of more based on Cam's statements about Green getting caught up during the few they have left. And the bubble is used during bad weather days and some times just to get out of the heat..
