Maxwell is the most expensive, but I feel has been the strongest
What looked like a weakness at the beginning of the season, has turned into a strength by the end. With three quality boundary corners seemingly healthy for the first time, who are the best two to put out there for the playoffs? What about next season?

Xavien Howard looked like a rookie against Sanmy Watkins. I'd stick with Maxwell and Lippet for the Wildcard.

Howard will be our best corner going forward- maybe not this year, but once he gets some experience under his belt. This week will be a good test vs small quick receivers. I hope the game plan isn't all just free releases like last game

Maxwell is clearly the best CB we have but you won't see a lot of fans admit it because this is another so called Mike T. acquisition. They'd rather point to his struggles early in the season to support their agenda that Mike is a bad GM.

I don't know. I miss the Maxwell Sux/Cut Maxwell threads

Unfortunately Howard missed a lot of time and IMO it takes a rookie CB (the really good ones) about 8 games before they start to catch on to all the different routes and concepts they face every week. Howard has only played 6 games. He's going to take some lumps and facing off against Watkins (with crappy safety play) was a bit much for him. Not sure Maxwell would have done a lot better to be honest because of the safety play but I doubt Maxwell gets fooled on some of the in-and-up routes Watkins ran to get deep.

You can look to Lippett this year to see how much he's progressed with extensive playing time. Howard needs that too. There's no substitute for experience and the only way to get experience is by playing.

Maxwell is our best corner.

Lippett and Howard are still learning....and are likely a big part of our future.

Maxwell has had his ups and downs, but we are better with him on the field.

I don't think Howard played that bad against Watkins. Tyrod had a lot of time to throw and they left Howard 1 on 1 most of the game. You can't give a WR of his calibur all day to run around.

Stick with Howard, he is better than Maxwell.

I like Howard a lot man . . . . he's gotta be on the field.

But we can't deny the job that Maxwell did on Antonio Brown in that first Steelers game. Jay deservingly was the player of the game . . . . but Maxwell was the 2nd best player in that game.

I was very impressed that game wth maxwell

This is a nice problem to have for next year. Talented depth at CB is always a good thing!

Funny how we now have 3 corners that can play outside but we don't have a guy that can play the slot

Ozzy rules!!

We had Reshad Jones in that game to help over the top. Might be a different story the second time around.
