Every team tries to have plays they are great at. The other team can know it is coming and still can't defend it. Without getting into what the bad plays we hate (like the reverse), What do you think one of our Bread and Butter plays is OR is going to be (that we have already been trying)?

Chambers Reverse? :p j/k

I don't really know of any because I haven't seen enough games but I think anything where we isolate Ronnie and get him the ball would be one.

Screens to Ronnie could be huge for this team. I can't see how it's a bad idea to get a guy with his size and speed out in space with a couple of lineman in front of him.

I'm looking for something more specific, I am trying to learn. Your answer is more about Ronnie than Plays. Anyone? What one play is hard for teams to defend, even when they know it might be coming?

A well executed screen is extremely hard to defend. Yes it's about Ronnie, but it's more about using plays that take advantage of his talents.

I agree completely.
Our O-line is starting to gel, however, they are not blowing anybody off the line. Ricky sharing the backfield in a Pro-set is a great distraction for setting up the screen. Ronnie has incredible hands for somebody his size, and like it was already posted, get him in some space with a few blockers.... Lights out baby.

I agree with getting Ronnie isolated in the flat with a couple of lineman or WR out clearing the way. This guy is going to be amazing for the next 10 years +! Amazing hands for his size and great speed.

My reply was to the post before you. Screen to Ronnie is more specific. Why do you say this better uses his talents?

A screen so he is already moving forward. Because he seems to have good starting speed too. Give me more on Why a screen......

Oh Canada, by the way, did you make it to the concordia club for Oktoberfest?

the 20 yard up and out on the right side of the field by chambers seems work.

mcmichael is always open on either sideline for 5 yards.

i cant think of any signature running plays like the distinctive draw the fins ran in '02.

that fake dive, flip to ronnie has worked every time, but you cant run it all the time

Weve been doing some misdirection or counter run plays that seem to work. My favorite is the fake hand off to the right, toss to the left run play weve used a few times.

McMichael down the middle of the field, its always there if someone can make the pass.
