What a huge difference in quality of coaching we have in Miami this season. I really expect some major improvements in coaching particularly our OC and OL work. Seeing our new offensive staff really makes Flo look pale in comparison in terms of who he could hire to work for him. Frankly, that alone was enough to get him fired.
Also keep an eye on our LB's coach Campanile, he may be a solid DC down the road.

The Derrick LeBlanc hiring is one I'm most excited about. Our Defensive line is gonna be scary good...

You can not say that they have a huge difference in quality of coaching until they prove it on the field

we need more Italian coaches
We could have has a quality (To say the least) italian defensive Coordinator...Just saying.

Boyer better prove he and not Flores is the reason that the defense was good.

The OP most certainly "Can". The fact that he did proves that.

Maybe he shouldn't in your view but then life would be so boring if we couldn't say what we shouldn't say...

I do not see anything that proves there is a coaching difference
