Our offense is so damn horrible its not even funny. We can't stay on the field enough to give the d a rest. We can't manage the clock, we can't block, tanne can't hit the long ball, we can't run, our play calling is horrible, sherman is a POS no brain ashhole and we can't seem to find a way inbetween the field goal post when it most counts... wtf... seriously, the offense is the biggest need for next year. 100 percent offensive draft picks for next year

I agree it's mostly on the offense but the defense can't get off the field on third and fourth downs. They give them up all the time, with the game on the line.

we didnt score one point in the second half... sp pathetic

Imagine of the defense was able to wrap newton up and get those 5 sacks they had but lost?

The defense isn't the one that pulled the trigger, but they handed the Panthers the gun by not covering LaFell and giving the a last-second field goal in the first half when Carolina should have had nothing.

The personnel on this defense aren't good enough to have breakdowns like that, and the personnel on this offense aren't good enough to overcome it.

We can't run. Period. You can't expect to pass all the time and try to run out the clock that way. QB's hit 60% of their passes. No run game, no clock killing. It's a losing trend.

The D played an exceptional game this week, the front 7 looked the way I expected since weeks one. .. Todays loss is on the O ... there were a couple prior that were entirely on the Defense. The Yards per game allowed on the ground with Starks and Solia on contract years has been pathetic.

What, this defense did everything they could to win this game today. Did everything they were supposed to do. Couple errors but this offense is straight up dead... if we could actually score, everyone is loving the defense for holding the panthers as much as they did. But we can't score. So it looks like our defense gave up the game... but in all actuality it was our offense...

No, actually they didn't. They gave up a drive at the end of the first half that led to a field goal. They failed to get off the field on two fourth downs inside Carolina territory that could have wrapped up the game. So, no, they didn't do everything they could have. Reshad Jones committed a bad penalty late, too.

Did they play really well most of the game? Yes. But they made a couple of killer mistakes, as well.

It's not always one thing/area/person that's responsible for a loss or a win. It's usually a combination. The defense was at the least fault today, but it wasn't entirely blameless. Like I said, this team isn't good enough that it can afford to fall asleep like it did on the LaFell catch or the Jones late hit. We just don't have the great players who can overcome that stuff. We have to play with better smarts.

Defense played decent. They gave up that critical 4th down though which is mind boggling...also missed some key tackles. Then couldnt get a stop at the end when we needed it the most. Say what you want against this Defense but they lack that "killer instinct" as much as the offense does. They give up crucial plays at crucial times every week.

Also, they definitely dont get a free pass for the year. They have given up over 20 like every single week except maybe once.

I agree mostly but it is frustrating how the defense consistently gives up the game winning drive. Today they stopped Carolina all game but for whatever reason could not when it counted.

If anyone thinks the O played better than the D they have major vision issues. The Defense was not perfect but they cleary out played the offense....again

Our offense was too conservative today 2nd half. Sure Tannehill under threw deep balls today but he still put up 16 points because we took the shots downfield. Then we went back into dink and dunk offense and put up a donut in the 2nd half. I'd rather see Tannehill under-throw and complete a few deep balls then watch this team try to dink and dunk its way to 7.

way to pick and choose what you want to hear... i clearly said the had a couple mistakes aftwr what you chose to quote... but if it needs to be repeated... if the offense could score points, no one would be talking about the defenses couple of mistakes. if we could stay on the field, maybe the defense doesnt give up that play at the end of the half, cuz we would still be on the field... right?
