OUr playoff chances

With all of what whats happened today, the Jets beat the Rams, Pats over Bills, and our wi over Seattle. Have our playoff chances become stronger or weaker or what? I'm still worried that the Jets have a victory over us, will that bite us in the end? It definatly will if we dont win the second game. But right now us and the Bills are at 5-4. The Jets and the Pats are at 6-3. Imo the Bills are out of playoff chances because they played awfully in the divisoinal games. But anyway are our chances better npw with the remaining scheule or what?
 
i think its too early to be thinking playoffs.. i mean yeah u can dream but the division is way to close to know anything right now.. give it until after the New England game in 2 weeks then we can talk.

Let me start by saying that we should not be thinking playoffs right now. We should be focused on beating the Raiders. We should take this season one game at a time.....the playoff picture will take care of itself. As long as we can take care of what we need to, positive things will happen for us.

As for the Bills, they are very much still in the hunt. If they can manage a better record than the rest of the east (and it is possible for them to do it), then the divisional tie-beaker won't even come into play. Remember, it ain't over til it's over.
 
it may come down to the week 17 against the jets but hopefully we wont have to worry about that
 
(For a chance at a wildcard spot) it would really help it the Steelers beat the Colts!

You can't be worse off if you win.

The Dolphins kept pace with New England and the Jets while they gained a game on Buffalo and leap-frogged them in the standings due to them so far having the tiebreaker over Buffalo.
 
We're in the hunt. This team still has not established an identity that we want. We play to the level of our opponants on a regular basis. That indicates to me, "Overachievers"

I think we haveas good a chance as the Bills, Jets, and Pats to win the division. IT's a complete toss-up right now.

As for te wild card.....it just got harder with the Colts beating the Steelers! Damn Steelers! I had the the Colts going 10-6 WITHOUT a win against the Steelers.

The Chiefs almost beat the Chargers too. A loss to the Chiefs woud have put SD at 3-6 and pretty much out of the race unless they were perfect for the rest of the year. The Cheifs were so close and that would have been nice to see SD almost out of it. Although we do hold the tie-breaker against them.

The Ravens and Colts scare me though. After today, I think they will get the 2 wild cards.

This is exactly what I think, we have a better chance at winning the division than a wildcard spot imho.... our fate is in our hands.
